1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the qdal88 website (https://qdal88.click), mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming services operated thereunder.
• "We," "Us," "Our," or "qdal88" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "You," "Your," or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access gaming services on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet awards, cashback amounts, or other incentive credits granted by qdal88 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or as otherwise requested by qdal88.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount that must be staked on eligible games before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the base currency of all transactions on the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. qdal88 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the 21-year minimum is not met.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed and operated to serve the Indonesian market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local law.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction, whether imposed by you or by qdal88.
6. Not a Politically Exposed Person: You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person, public official, or immediate family member of such a person where applicable regulations require additional due diligence.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming on qdal88, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National ID number (NIK), residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times. Any change to your name, address, contact details, or payment information must be reported to our support team promptly. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. qdal88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. qdal88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at qdal88's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents typically include a clear copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of residential address dated within the past three months, and a selfie verification image. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

qdal88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and electronic wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits made via third-party accounts not registered in your name will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name on the Account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard. qdal88 targets a processing time of under five minutes for transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during standard banking hours (WIB). Processing times may be longer outside business hours, during system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Any currency conversion fees incurred by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.4 Transaction Limits

qdal88 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by Account tier, verification status, and payment method. Current limits are displayed in your Account settings and are subject to change with notice.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

qdal88 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that we reasonably suspect is connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity. We may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by qdal88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 2,000,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion specifies its eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, time limits for meeting wagering requirements, and Account tier requirements. qdal88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, or void associated winnings if it determines that a Player has obtained or attempted to obtain bonuses in bad faith, through bonus abuse, or in breach of these terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Partially completed wagering requirements will not carry over after a bonus expires. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

5.5 VIP Program

qdal88 operates a multi-tier VIP loyalty program. Tier progression, cashback rates, and associated perks are governed by the VIP Program terms published on the Platform. qdal88 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates, and program benefits with reasonable notice to affected Players.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game category on qdal88 — including but not limited to football betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia matches), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (online football betting services), live casino, slot games, crash games, and table games — is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface or event page. It is your responsibility to read and understand applicable game rules before placing a wager.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits vary by game type, event, Account tier, and promotional context. qdal88 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Cancelled and Voided Events

In the event that a sports match is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or settled under circumstances outside normal sporting outcomes, qdal88 reserves the right to void related bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Specific void rules for each sport and market are detailed in the applicable sports betting rules section of the Platform.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game outcome, qdal88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accept no liability for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7 Responsible Gaming

qdal88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools, accessible through your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic disconnections after a specified gaming duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hou rs, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account to prevent future access.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in gaming or to abuse promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the qdal88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of qdal88 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qdal88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

Nothing in this clause limits qdal88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qdal88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by qdal88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

qdal88 collects only the personal data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations, and deliver customer support. 12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Bonus Funds and incomplete wagering-requirement balances will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Termination by qdal88

qdal88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your Account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of your Account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to qdal88.
• You are found to be ineligible under clause 2 of this Agreement.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to qdal88 will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. qdal88 operates the Platform to serve Players in Indonesia and acknowledges the Indonesian market context of its services, including the use of Indonesian Rupiah and local payment infrastructure.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channels will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause prevents qdal88 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments

qdal88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
